Time saving talent retention programme

I reduced employee churn and saved organizational resources through uncovering employee’s unmet needs and redesigning the HR system accordingly. This project fuelled career progression and employee retention within the talent pool.

Challenge: Starting a family was a tradeoff for career development in an international organization.

Project: I researched, designed, tested and launched a new employee experience concept.

Results: Ten successful exchanges, across five geographies which improved employee retention which boosted employee attraction.

Conducted human resource data analysis uncovering key roadblocks in the employee experience. I also held stakeholder interviews to understand the limitations and desires of employees in this niche. I also researched other employers in the the corporate FMCG space to see how they solved this challenge.

Ideation

I facilitated stakeholder mapping to ensure a buy in of the project at multiple levels of the organisation. I also led concept discovery to uncover potential roadblocks and also create solutions for different stages of the project.

Testing

Personally test launched the project. Redesigned an existing web application to improve the UX and reduce operational inefficiencies. Led content creation and community management. Led user testing of the idea to unearth roadblocks in the concept. This led to small iterations of the stakeholder user journey which increased its widespread adoption.
